Internal and external requirements and applicable laws shall be followed and our quality and environmental work shall lead to continuous improvements. We shall actively contribute to sustainable environmental development as part of our business activities.

We must give all employees the conditions to be able to meet the requirements set by providing good introduction and training to be able to take responsibility for the quality of their own work. All employees are responsible in their daily work for ensuring that the operational policy is followed and that stakeholder requirements are followed up.

In their daily work, each employee must demonstrate personal responsibility for health and the environment. It is incumbent on everyone not only to follow instructions and procedures, but also to be alert to and immediately report any risks to a good working environment and the external environment. In the event of any disturbance, care for health and the environment must be given priority.

Before decisions are made on investments or other changes in the business, work environment and external environmental issues must be discussed, risks investigated and consequences assessed in collaboration with employee representatives. Measures must then be taken to prevent negative effects as far as possible and thus minimize risks to both the work environment and the external environment.
